ALBERK QA TECHNIC MANAGEMENT DECLARATION

QA Technic is founded in 2012 under the name of ALBERK QA TECHNIC, International Technical Inspection Certification Survey GmbH.. General purpose of the certrification service by Alberk QA Technic is to maintain confidence towards all related parties for fulfilment of specified requirements by management system.

Structure of system certification department has been generated such as being free any kind of commercial,financial and other pressures which have a chance to fluence related decisions and activities within certification cycle.Neither a third party nor an institution could have any kind of influence on personnel,committees,auditors,observers and experts involved with activities within system certification services.Upper management of organization has no influence or authority over above mentioned parties.

Wages of personnel are different from the ones that are relevant for system certification services.

System Certification Activities are performed by educated,respectful and experienced personnel based on the principles of independency,impartiality,credibility,confidentiality and national-international standards as being free from other activities of our organization.

Alberk QA has made all services and certification activities available to the applicant organizations of related sector. All service and certification activities performed by Alberk QA is independent from issued/forthcoming certificates.

It is impossible that other service units would be certified by System Certification Management. During application receival process  and under the scopes of some services provided by our organization, situations that may lead to conflict of interest are analysed in case it comes to the picture, no certification activity is realised.

All required resources would be maintained continuously as to satisfy the expectations of the serviced party and to keep clint complaints/appeals at the lowest level;required trainings related with management system activities would be delivered to all personnel responsible along within certification schedule at regular intervals.

QA Technic’s income is composed of system certification activities and trainings.Wages of employees are guaranteed by powerful financial structure of company to avoid any kind of conflict of interest and financial pressures.
